You must meet the minimum age required by the laws in your jurisdiction to use Color Analysis - Epoca. If you are under the required age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Services Provided
Color Analysis - Epoca provides color analysis and visual styling tools, including camera-based analysis, rendering, export, and history-related features. Service availability may vary by device, region, and app version.
3. On-Device Content and Storage
Photos, generated looks, and analysis outputs are primarily processed and stored on your device for continuous usage. By default, this content is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or otherwise transmit it.
4. Privacy

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the app store and subscription infrastructure providers (including Apple and RevenueCat, where applicable). If you request a refund through Apple, you authorize us to share limited usage-related data with Apple to support refund review.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with app stability, security, or service operation.
- Upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, software, design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Color Analysis - Epoca and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, no license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the services.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer law in your region provides otherwise. You and Color Analysis - Epoca agree to resolve disputes in good faith first.
